Day 01 & 02: Hanoi, Vietnam (B)
Upon arrival you will be escorted to your accommodation. On Day 2 visit the 1,000-year-old Temple of Literature and stroll through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, a network of narrow alleys known as “The 36 Streets." Later enjoy a delightful water-puppet show. Overnight at Sofitel Legend Metropole
Day 03: Ha Long Bay (B, L, D)
Drive to Ha Long Bay and embark on your personal luxury junk to cruise between karst formations and visit floating villages. Swim in the turquoise waters and enjoy a candlelit dinner onboard. Overnight at Bhaya Classic IV
Day 04 & 05: Hué (2B)
In the morning of Day 4, choose from various activities before returning to Hanoi for your flight to Hué. Explore the Old Imperial City, visit the Imperial Citadel, a vast complex built in the 1800’s, and see the Tomb of Tu Duc, the longest reigning Vietnamese emperor. Explore a local incense-making village, then cruise down the Perfume River to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda. Overnight at La Residence
Day 06 & 07: Da Nang & Hoi An (2B, L)
On Day 6, drive to Da Nang, admiring the spectacular views from Hai Van Pass. Explore picturesque Hoi An on a walking tour, visiting the Japanese Covered Bridge, Sa Huynh Museum and a lantern-making workshop where you can observe locals making the silk cloth for the lanterns. On Day 7, explore the Hoi An Market and shop for
ingredients for your cooking class. Learn to cook and help prepare five traditional dishes which you will then enjoy for lunch. Overnight at Furama Resort Da Nang
Day 08 & 10: Ho Chi Minh City, Rhw Mekong Delta & Depart for Home (3B)
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City to learn about Vietnam’s recent history at the Reunification Palace and the War Remnants Museum. See the Emperor of Jade Pagoda and the Notre Dame Cathedral and explore the Ben Thanh Market. In the Mekong Delta embark on a local boat and explore the Cai Be Floating fruit and vegetable market. On Day 10 you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home or on to your next destination. Overnight at Caravelle hotel
